Advanced Process Systems

 

Advanced Process Systems, LLC (APS) is dedicated to superior, external, client-side project management. Whether it’s a ground-floor factory build, process design & engineering, plant scale-up, systems & controls integration or systems installation, APS has the experience to execute a total project management solution for its clients.

Our specialties include process improvement and design, capital equipment design and integration, as well as state-of-art process controls design and implementation. APS has served numerous industries over the years, including controlled atmosphere and vacuum systems, induction melting & heating, Electron Beam melting, resistance heating, controlled thermal processes (DS and SX casting, silicon and sapphire solidification, etc), DC plasma and VAR refining.

APS is unique in its approach to project management; we engage all stake-holders from upper management, through engineering and purchasing, as well as the clients’ trades (electricians, plumbers, riggers, etc) to affect a total project management package for the client. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate effectively with all participants in all phases of the project.
